Lalu and Prakash double-checked my room. The front desk staff assisted me with a Burj Khalifa view request. Shorya Pal and Vinkal from room service were splendid. The staff were very good too..
The check-in process experienced a slight delay. Our room was not immediately ready. The front desk assured us that upon our return at night, we would collect the keys and find our bags already in the room. The keys were not prepared, and they were unaware of our baggage situation.
