slow check-in long delay
I had some issues ! The check-in process was quite slow, even with many staff present. It was frustrating. getting a replacement room card took about 20 minutes. I expected better service for such a hotel!

The staff members were helpful. The location was convenient for travel around the area.
My room had maintenance issues. The air conditioning was subpar and made the room uncomfortably warm. I also noticed the furniture looked quite old and worn. it was not what I expected.

Lalu and Prakash double-checked my room. The front desk staff assisted me with a Burj Khalifa view request. Shorya Pal and Vinkal from room service were splendid. The staff were very good too..
The check-in process experienced a slight delay. Our room was not immediately ready. The front desk assured us that upon our return at night, we would collect the keys and find our bags already in the room. The keys were not prepared, and they were unaware of our baggage situation.
